A chef and service team is required to do all the catering for a group of 17 adults for Ascot Races on 19th June. This is for a team that can come with everything - hire a van/own van, catering equipment (tables, chairs, table cloths, napkins, plates, knives, forks etc etc) and can take this on as a full day event.
The outline is as follows:-
Chef/Team to arrive around 9am when gates open
Park and set up in the car park (access will be given by the client)
Guests/Clients will arrive around 11/11.30am
They would like to start with canapés and cocktails/drinks (including champagne, beer etc) - team to provide all ice, ice buckets etc and discuss alcohol ordering with the client
Followed by a sit down 3 course lunch at 1pm
The guests will then go to watch the racing, and return to the area at around 4pm ish
Afternoon tea - sandwiches and finger food plus cocktails to be served!
The chef last year did three signature cocktails, which they are keen in
You are not allowed to use BBQs on site, the chef last year used a blow torch for hot, otherwise it needs to be cold dishes
Quality of food, presentation and service to be professional, friendly and modern style
Essential the team can come with all the tables, chairs, crockery, glasses etc etc and take it all back dirty
This will be a full day job and needs to be a committed team
