A really experienced and professional chef is required for a busy few days for Grouse shoot parties - lots of people - up to 25 people, the chef must be able to work on their own in the kitchen for these numbers and not need an assistant chef (support is provided front of house). The same chef is required for both sets of dates.

Ideally local cook needed - this is not for an experienced chef, and better suited to a family style cook who is happy to muck in and ideally living locally so can live out. The client is looking for someone local that they can use on a regular but AD HOC basis for weekends when they are entertaining. The dates below are dates they would potentially like to have a cook, and are looking for someone who has availability for more than one of the dates. They will then decide what date will work for them and use the first weekend as a trial. Accommodation can be provided for a cook that is not local, or if the cook wishes to stay overnight after finishing late on the Saturday but they will not want a cook from miles away.

A cook is required for a private home in Chelsea for 1 adult, and 2 children, plus any occasional visiting guests. It is essential the cook is professional, discreet and capable of cooking to differing dietary requirements including: vegan for one child, gluten free for another child. The whole household is gluten free.

Live in travelling chef required - must have EU or UK Passport and happy to travel to all locations:- London, Switzerland, USA and Bahamas. They live 90-120 days in London, the rest between the other locations. This is for an extremely formal household and the client is meticulous with cleanliness so the chef needs to be super organised, and work in a very clean and tidy way. The chef should be able to work to last minute requests and changes easily and calmly. The chef will need to live with the clients, and travel with them. If the chef has their own property in London they can live out in London, but at the other destinations this would be a live in travel role.
