Live in travelling chef required - must have EU or British passport - London, Switzerland, USA and Bahamas. They live 90-120 days in London, the rest between the other locations. This is for an extremely formal Italian household and the client is meticulous with cleanliness so the chef needs to be super organised, and work in a very clean and tidy way. The chef should be able to work to last minute requests and changes easily and calmly. The chef will need to live with the clients, and travel with them. If the chef has their own property in London they can live out in London, but at the other destinations this would be a live in travel role. They have 3 grown up children and a dog.
Meals required would be breakfast, lunch and dinner. Main principal is dairy, gluten, shellfish intolerant and many family members dairy free. The chef needs to be able to come up with suitable menu ideas easily, that are healthy, fresh and creative, and food presentation must be exceptional. The chef should be passionate about working with seasonal and organic produce. The household is very formal, so it would suit a chef who is used to working in formal environments. The chef will do all menu planning and ordering. The chef would need to keep the kitchen clean and the food storage rooms clean and ordered in all the homes.
They are a very health conscious family and particularly enjoy Italian food and other dishes that are healthy. The chef needs to be experienced and capable. This role would be best suited to a chef who is flexible with their work pattern, and is happy to travel with the family. A brilliant experience for a private chef.

Maintains impeccable kitchen hygiene, including thoroughly cleaning up after themselves and keeping the kitchen and pantry spotless and well-organised
Understands and practices strict food safety measures Is a non-smoker Ideally has a driver’s license and is willing to do the food shopping as needed
This is intended to be a long-term position with flexibility regarding holiday and days off.
Salary in the region of £85,000 - with accommodation and all travel costs covered.
