Housekeeper required to split over two properties in Wyck Rissington. Busy families with young children, and the housekeeper needs to be self sufficient and able to see what needs doing using their initiative.

Jobs will include, but not limited to:

All round day to day cleaning (hoovering, mopping, dusting, cleaning showers, bathrooms, loos etc)

⁠⁠Tidying and organisation around the house - clearing away toys, organising cupboards, cleaning out and organising fridge/pantry areas

Outside house duties - cleaning down outside furniture/bbqs/putting away/cleaning outside toys when required, sweeping up patio/cleaning outside doors etc so house looks presentable at all times

Laundry - washing, folding, ironing and wardrobe management - putting away clothes etc

Ad hoc errands - opening door to deliveries, contractors etc

Reporting any maintenance issues

Re ordering cleaning stock/letting the client know what is running out

General all round household help to ensure the household is clean and presentable at all times

General maintenance for dogs (cleaning bowls, letting out, tidying dog mess etc)

HOUR SPLIT:

Monday - 4 hours each house (8 hours)
Tuesday - 4 hours: house 1
Wednesday - 8 hours (9am-5pm) - house 2
Thursday - 6 hours - house 1
Friday - 8 hours (9am-5pm) – house 2

Total hours: 34 per week

This is a self employed position and 100% reliability and honesty is required. Must be punctual, efficient and able to work independently and be thorough.
