Cook required from dinner on Friday 15th August, to breakfast on Friday 22nd August 2025 at Holbeton (PL8 1). 6 adults and 5 children. The clients will do all the children teas/suppers, but the cook will need to be happy to do the shopping, cooking, presenting, laying and clearing tables, serving etc, keep kitchen clean and tidy for breakfast, lunch and supper. A host/housekeeper/all rounder is required to help in a large property in the South of France. A flexible, willing and hands on attitude is essential. It is really important the candidate has experience in service roles, and enjoys working in service.

Live in travelling chef required - must have EU or British passport - London, Switzerland, USA and Bahamas. They live 90-120 days in London, the rest between the other locations. This is for an extremely formal Italian household and the client is meticulous with cleanliness so the chef needs to be super organised, and work in a very clean and tidy way. The chef should be able to work to last minute requests and changes easily and calmly. The chef will need to live with the clients, and travel with them. If the chef has their own property in London they can live out in London, but at the other destinations this would be a live in travel role. They have 3 grown up children and a dog.

27th July 2025 - Chef required near Horsham (RH13 6). 15 people, 80th Birthday party - lunch. Canapes/nibbles, buffet style main spread and pudding, a cake would also be good. Guests arrive 1pm. They do not need waiting staff. Would like the chef to also hire plates, glasses cutlery and if it is raining then a gazebo, if possible from the same hire place.
