Cook required for Traditional Christmas dinner. Eating around 18.30. 12 people (9 adults, 3 children). Canapes, (starter may not be needed), main with Traditional Turkey and trimmings, and Pudding.
There will be staff to do the front of house, so the chef will just be in charge of the ordering, menu planning, cooking and presenting the food, and keeping the kitchen clean and organised. The cook will be expected to stay until the pudding has been served and the kitchen is left clean. Traditional British Style, sharing platter style presentation preferred, nothing too fancy or over the top. However, the cook needs to be experienced and flexible for any last minute changes, and should be flexible. The cook must be a driver and have a car to get to the location and should be local, as this is just a job for someone to come in on the day (not stay overnight).
