Cook required for dinners from 23-26 Dec 2024. 18 people - includes one pescatarian. Just dinners. They have all the menus planned. Large house. Needs to be a good family style cook that is happy to muck in, be flexible, and cook for large numbers. Must be able to use both AGAS and normal ovens. Dinners around 6pm but on Xmas day would be at 4pm ish or could be earlier if someone wanted to get home earlier to see their family. Goose and poached salmon on Xmas day. It is just dinners, no other meals required. Accommodation can be provided if required. The cook must have cooked in private households previously.
