Experienced Chef required for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (24/25 December 2024). The chef should come with a waiter/waitress and kitchen assistant too, but if they do not have this, we can source separately. Organised, efficient chef required with experience with working for private clients and flexibility is key.

Dinner on Xmas Eve - Cocktails, canapes, starter, main, pudding, (formally plated), coffee/tea, home made truffles/mince pies

Lunch on Xmas Day - Starters, Main, Pudding (pudding likely to be Buche de noel which will be ordered in). NOT traditional Turkey. Formal plated.
