A permanent, full time Housekeeper is required for a large home near Cirencester - this is a 5 day week role and can involve working weekends, so the candidate must be happy, and expect, to work weekends when required. Previous private housekeeping experience not essential, but preferred, it is just essential the candidate is flexible and happy to work well in a busy household, and get on with the other team members.

Family consist of 2 adults and 2 children, with family and friend visits. 7 bedroom home to be kept to a very high standard. As this is a large, fast paced household, the candidate must be physically fit due to lots of daily steps! The family also have 3 dogs and cats, so animal lovers essential. There will be occasional evening service required (when entertaining) and the duties overall will include (but not limited to): cleaning - hoovering, mopping, dusting, polishing, deep cleans, organisation of cupboards, wardrobe management, serving and clearing food, reporting breakages and maintenance issues etc. Someone with their eye on the ball, can see what needs to be done and to do it, happy to take instruction from management and the principals, and completely flexible and happy to turn their hand to anything is ideal!

The housekeeper will need to be a driver with a car due to the rural location. If the candidate is not local, a 2 bedroom cottage is available. Salary will depend on experience and expectations.
