A live in housekeeper is required for a large 12 bed private home based on a beautiful organic sheep farm in Denbighshire, Wales. Hours flexible to suit the candidate, but can be based between 24-30 hours per week spread over 4-5 days.

The housekeeper is required to be a good all rounder and additional pair of hands for a busy household with a young family. The family consist of 2 adults and 3 children (aged 6/4 and 5 months).

Jobs will include all day-to-day cleaning and housekeeping duties, preparing bedrooms for guests when required, assisting with serving/clearing food/drinks when guests visit, helping with organisation, taking items to the tip, washing and ironing and just a general really helpful extra pair of hands. Assistance outside including weeding, leaf blowing, sweeping gravel etc also required. A flexible, pro-active friendly attitude is essential.

The candidate should ideally drive and have use of their own vehicle for their days off. There is a vehicle on site that can be used for any work duties.

Accommodation is provided in a lovely fully furnished two bedroom annexe with parkland views, all bills covered. Pets potentially accepted depending on what they are. If the housekeeper has a partner, they are welcome to live in the annexe as well (if they have a local job somewhere else). If there is a couple, the family are happy for the couple to job share and split the work between them.

The family have one small dog, so it is important the candidate is happy to work in a home with dogs and children!

Ideal hours: between 24-30 hours per week spread over 4-5 days., but hours can be discussed. Salary circa £28,000.
